Beginner gracie jiu jitsu
In order to have good structure, you first must have a solid foundation. Beginner students will learn the basics and fundamental techniques of Gracie Jiu Jitsu and Self Defense. These standing and ground techniques will heighten awareness of your surroundings and enhance your capacity to identify and withdraw from possible threatening situations.
Beginner Gracie Jiu Jitsu students will be introduced to the Gracie lifestyle including healthy eating, physical fitness, and discipline.
